WHAT IS HAPPENING IN VENEZUELA
Venezuela, a resource-rich country, is now in shatters due to devastating economic policies that have taken the country to a full collapse of unprecedented dimensions, as never seen before in the history of the western hemisphere, with millions unable to access basic healthcare and adequate nutrition. Limited access to safe water in homes and health care centres and the lack of information has contributed to the spread of Covid-19.
More than 6 million people, almost 20% of the population, have been forced out of the country in search of meeting their basic needs: food, medicine, and medical supplies to meet their basic needs.
